The Framework of Participation
Welcome to Yoravelyndra Hub. These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Yoravelyndra Hub, located at 611 Engine Drive, Denver, CO. By accessing our facility or using our digital interfaces at yoravelyndra.live, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these protocols.
Our facility is a dual-track environment. It is both a precision automotive repair workshop and a high-performance fitness center. This unique intersection requires strict adherence to safety and conduct rules to ensure the health of both machine and member.
Initial Declarations
- Effective Date: July 20, 2026. These terms supersede all previous verbal or written communications.
- Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, with venue in Denver County.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to utilize the Hub’s fitness facilities independently.
Technical Definitions
Mechanical Preservation
Refers to all diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services performed on internal combustion and electric vehicles within our designated workshop zones.
Human Vitality Training
Encompasses the usage of gym equipment, functional training areas, and wellness recovery protocols managed by Hub personnel.
Service Record System
The integrated digital or physical tracking of a member's vehicle maintenance intervals and physical training progress.
Member Conduct & Obligations
Yoravelyndra Hub is a space of professional discipline. Members are expected to respect the boundaries between zones. No unauthorized entry into active automotive bays is permitted while vehicle lifts are in operation. Likewise, fitness areas require proper athletic attire and the sanitization of equipment after use.
Facility Safety
Users must follow all posted signage and directional markers, especially when transitioning between the workshop and the fitness floor.
Health Readiness
You represent that you are physically fit to participate in strenuous exercise. Consultation with a physician before starting any new training track is required.
Liability & Limitations
Scope of Repair & Wellness Boundaries
1. Mechanical Services
All automotive services are estimates until a physical disassembly and inspection occur. Yoravelyndra Hub is not responsible for hidden defects or component failures that arise during standard procedure due to vehicle age or prior neglect.
2. Fitness & Health
Fitness guidance provided by Hub staff is based on general athletic recovery principles. We are not medical professionals. You assume all risk of injury associated with the usage of weights, cardiovascular machines, and physical assessment protocols.
3. Membership Cancellation
Memberships require a 30-day notice for termination. Prepaid service packages for vehicle maintenance are non-refundable but are transferable to a different vehicle registered under the same member account.
