Plate 01: Scope

Defining the Perimeter of Information Responsibility

This Privacy Policy details the data management practices of Yoravelyndra Hub, located at 611 Engine Drive, Denver. Our facility operates as a dual-purpose environment where mechanical maintenance and athletic performance intersect. Consequently, we act as the primary controller for two distinct streams of data: the technical diagnostics of your vehicle and the physiological metrics of your fitness progression.

Our commitment is to treat your data with the same artisan precision we apply to a precision fluid exchange or a kinetic strength circuit. This document outlines the categories of data we log, the specific purposes for which we utilize that data, and the rights you retain as a member of our hybrid community.

Technical Boundary Note

This policy applies exclusively to the data generated within Yoravelyndra Hub or through our digital portal at yoravelyndra.live. We do not integrate third-party social tracking nor do we provide real-time mechanical diagnostic telemetry through open public channels.

Plate 03: Processing

How We Calibrate Your Information

Processing at Yoravelyndra Hub is limited to the minimum amount of data required to achieve specific service outcomes. We do not use automated profiling to predict health outcomes or financial creditworthiness. Our use of data is strictly operational:

  • 01
Service Fulfillment To schedule fluid exchanges and strength sessions, and to provide the 'Dual-Track' membership experience requested by our users.
  • 02
Safety & Maintenance Tracking To alert you when manufacturer-specified vehicle intervals are reached or when physical activity assessments indicate a need for recovery shifts.
  • 03
Institutional Improvement To audit our own facility usage, ensuring gym equipment calibration and workshop cleanliness meet our daily internal standards.
Plate 04: Rights

The Member's Sovereignty Over the Ledger

As a user of the Yoravelyndra Hub, you retain fundamental rights regarding the information logged in our systems. We operate with a transparency-first mindset, ensuring that your rights are accessible without excessive bureaucratic hurdles.

Access & Review

You may request a copy of your vehicle service history or physical assessment ledger at any time.

Rectification

If a diagnostic record or contact detail is found to be inaccurate, we will update the entry immediately.

Deletion

Upon termination of membership, you may request the removal of non-essential records from our active database.

Data Portability

Export your maintenance history for use in third-party automotive registries or health tracking apps.

Plate 05: Boundaries

Retention & Third-Party Limitations

Data retention is dictated by the utility of the information. Vehicle maintenance records are kept for the duration of the vehicle's life-cycle under our care to ensure warranty compliance. Physical assessment data is kept for a period of three years following your last facility visit to provide a long-term progress map.

We do not sell data to insurance providers, marketing agencies, or health research conglomerates. Third-party disclosure is limited to:

  • Payment processors for membership billing.
  • Manufacturer systems (for vehicle recall and warranty logging).
  • Legal compliance where required by Denver municipal or Colorado state law.
